Graduate Management Trainee
position within our event marketing team in downtown Columbus.
This role is designed as a structured development opportunity, providing hands‑on experience across customer engagement, team support, and day‑to‑day operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced team members to build practical skills and gradually take on increased responsibility.

Responsibilities
Support the execution of live, in‑person marketing events
Engage with customers and provide information about products or services
Assist with daily operational tasks and team coordination

Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Qualifications
Must be
18 years of age or older
Must be able to
commute to the downtown Columbus area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
1 Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
