Location:

Tampa, 33614 – This position is onsite

Pay:

$22.00 - 23 per hour

Contract-to-hire

Schedule:

Mon- thursday between 8am-7pm, Friday 8-5pm, Saturdays if needed- 9-1pm est

Dress Code:

Dark grey and Black scrubs

Job Description

Serve as a point of contact for patients and visitors, check out duties- collecting payments and scheduling of next appointment if neccessary.

Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and identification

Answer phones, route calls, and respond to patient inquiries

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments

Review /Prep charts to make sure all required documentation is in place

Scan, upload, and file documents

Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Support daily office operations and assist staff as needed

Bilingual: Spanish/English

Requirements

Must have (1)+ years of medical office experience, check out experience

Must be familiar with EHR systems

High school diploma or equivalent

Background check required

Drug screening required
