Description
Martin/Martin is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail. This is an in-office position with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ability to work overtime as needed and to come in early upon request, and to dress professionally, is required.
Location: In-office, Denver area headquarters information as applicable.

The Team
Role
The Corporate team at Martin/Martin, Inc. serves as a centralized support function for our engineering disciplines, helping align people, processes, and strategy across the organization. The engineering teams below highlight the groups this role will partner with and support:
Civil engineering teams focus on site and infrastructure design, including projects such as the 16th Street Mall redesign in Denver.
Structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with notable projects like Coors Field, the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, and Harbor Center.
Investigative engineers support ongoing projects by planning and implementing repairs, renovations, and improvements for buildings and sites, including projects at the Brown Palace hotel, nationwide work with the United States Postal Service, the University of Denver, and other parking garage repair/restorations.
Responsibilities
The following duties are illustrative and not all inclusive:
Greet clients, business partners, and job candidates
Direct calls on a multi-line switchboard
Assist in meeting set-up including scheduling, setting up, and cleaning up
Order food for meetings and office events
Register employees for classes/seminars and track attendance
Complete purchases on behalf of the company
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to receive notary certification within the first three months of employment
Excellent customer service skills
Collaborates effectively with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Outlook
Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced working environment
Detail-oriented
Desired
Secondary education (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
2-3 years of experience in related field
Working Conditions, Skills, And Abilities
This position is primarily administrative in nature, working mostly inside of the office with a wide range of activities. The following abilities are required:
Completing repetitive movement on tasks such as using a mouse or keyboard
Ability to remain stationary for long periods
Read, communicate, and document in English
Identify color
Determine and exchange accurate information
Occasionally move about outside of the office
Occasionally move or hold objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Compensation
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs.
Base Salary: Non-exempt (overtime eligible) position paid hourly. Estimated range: $49,000 to $54,000 annually.
Base Salary Review: Eligible to participate in Martin/Martin’s annual base salary increase process.
Annual Bonus: Eligible to participate in a discretionary annual bonus program.
Base salary review and increases, in addition to annual bonuses, depend on job level and company performance.
