A cornerstone of Amphenol’s culture is accountability and ownership. Amphenol operates in an extremely decentralized manner. Our business is broken up into small operating units with their own General Manager and P&L. Each GM is empowered to grow their business in an entrepreneurial manner. It is a formula that has worked extremely well for Amphenol over time.
The intern will work in our Corporate Human Resources Division based out of Amphenol‘s World Headquarters in Wallingford, Connecticut, USA. The intern will work on a broad array of meaningful strategic HR projects and get a glimpse into the inner workings of our company.
