1st Shift Paper Machine Specialist Print Technician

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm. Occasional overtime to include Fridays. No weekends.
Responsibilities
Make plates, mix inks, and understand capabilities for assigned machines
Set machines and new jobs as required
Adhere to defined machine runtime and speed targets
Verify quality print is as expected and matches sample
Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Pay close attention to detail
Work with a sense of urgency and timeliness to complete machine setups and jobs
Verify print and cup quality is as expected and matches sample and specifications
Responsible for tracking production and material usage of iPad
Ability to complete minor repairs as required and complete Operator level Preventive Maintenance
Qualifications
Have an understanding of manufacturing/machine operations
Dependable (must be at work on time)
Must be mechanically inclined
Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
Excellent communication skills
Able to do simple math
Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
