Compensation: $200K cash salary + 1% equity.

What You’ll Work On
Knowledge Engine: Build the core engine that stores, relates, and reasons over product knowledge — manuals, compatibility matrices, installation guides, field observations, tribal knowledge.
Emotionally Intelligent Voice AI: Build phone support where customers call in and get walked through solutions by an AI that understands tone, frustration, urgency, and expression. SIP trunking, telephony infrastructure, audio processing.
Code Generation as a Primitive: When something is too cognitively hard to explain in words, our agent draws it. Real-time diagrams, interactive schematics, visual walkthroughs generated through code.
Owning Customers: Own customer contracts end-to-end. Demo to deployment to onboarding to ongoing. Real accounts from almost day one.
Application Process
Step 1: Take-Home Challenge — No intro call. Clone a repo and build a multimodal reasoning agent for a sample product. The agent needs to answer deep technical questions accurately and present answers multimodally (diagrams, images, text).
Step 2: Founder Call — Explain your solution and ask questions about the company and role.
Step 3: System Design Interview — A real system design problem given in advance. Scaling voice AI infrastructure, telephony systems, Docker, AWS.
Step 4: Work Trial — Fly to SF for 3 days (travel and stay covered). Ship something real to customers.
