Mechanical Design Engineer Intern – Full Time / Part Time
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer Intern to gain hands‑on experience in mechanical design and product development. This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced engineers on real‑world industrial and material handling products.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong interest in mechanical design and product development
Enthusiastic learners with less experience are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor
Exposure to CAD modules like Sheet Metal, Casting/Machining, Electrical, and Hydraulics (plus)
Basic understanding of design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) principles
Ability to learn quickly and contribute to ongoing projects
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and refining mechanical designs under the guidance of senior engineers
Support documentation of engineering requirements and designs
Learn and apply industry best practices in mechanical design
Participate in project discussions and contribute ideas for design improvements
Gain practical experience in material handling and industrial product design
Schedule
Flexible, based on academic requirements and project needs
Location
Must be able to commute or relocate as required
