Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) according to job specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years as a CNC setup operator or machinist.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Familiarity with G‑code and CNC programming adjustments is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
