4 days remote; primary in‑office work. Salary range: $85,000 – $135,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus.
Overview
This role supports entitlement‑driven land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments. You’ll work closely with planners, agencies, and developers to move projects from early concept through approvals.
Responsibilities
Support civil design tied to land use entitlements.
Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans.
Coordinate with planners and municipalities.
Assist with entitlement strategy and approvals.
Review junior staff work.
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering.
3–7 years of land development experience.
PE preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
Strong Civil 3D skills.
