Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily production across laser cutting, welding, punching, water jet, and press brake operations
Coordinate workflow and material movement to ensure efficient production and on-time completion
Monitor production schedules and adjust priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Enforce quality standards and ensure all finished products meet industry specifications
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing processes and production methods
Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and accountability
Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper equipment usage
Communicate effectively with management and production teams to resolve issues and improve operations
Track performance metrics, equipment status, and production output
Required Experience:
Experience in sheet metal fabrication and job shop manufacturing required
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including laser cutting, welding, and forming
Proven leadership experience supervising production teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Solid understanding of quality control and safety standards
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
