Failure Tracking : Manage the

FRACAS

(Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) to collect field data and implement design improvements.

Maintenance Strategy : Develop

RCM

(Reliability Centered Maintenance) strategies and suggest repair levels to minimize downtime.

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

(Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
