Job Description
Responsible for the supervision of the maintenance of the physical plant buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities.

Qualifications
Shift: FULL TIME VARIED
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of a certification course in a trade.
Experience: Two to three years of experience in plant operations/facility maintenance. One year in a supervisory position preferred.
Technical Skills: Skills in one or more of the specialized trades.
License/Certification: Certification in specialized trade (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Other: Must have basic mathematical aptitude.
