What You’ll Be Doing
Operate underground mining equipment safely and efficiently
Perform scaling, mucking, and material handling to support production
Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Follow all safety protocols and actively contribute to hazard reporting
Support mine operations through teamwork and effective communication
What Are We Looking For
Must have IMSHA Training
Ability to work safely in an underground mining environment
Competence in mining using a Scaler, operating a bolter and explosive experience is a huge plus.
Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety procedures
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied conditions
Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to operational needs
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
