Project Manager, Paid and Organic Media

About the Role
This Project Manager will own the day-to-day execution of paid, organic, and influencer campaigns across our client portfolio. This person keeps media projects on track, on budget, and moving through the right hands at the right time. They work closely with social and media teams, account teams, and external partners to ensure a smooth execution from kickoff to reporting.

What You'll Do
Project Execution

Own project timelines and task management in Asana across all paid and organic media accounts, keeping workflows current and teams accountable

Coordinate campaign launches across paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), organic, and influencer channels

Track deliverables, approvals, and deadlines across internal teams and external partners

Flag risks early and bring proposed solutions, not just problems

Organic Social

Support content creation, scheduling, and posting across client social channels

Assist with community management, including monitoring comments, flagging engagement opportunities, and escalating issues to account leads

Coordinate content calendars and keep approvals moving on time

Bring a genuine interest in social trends, platform behavior, and what makes content work

Cross‑Team Coordination

Serve as the connective tissue between media, creative, account, and strategy teams

Manage asset trafficking and ensure creative is delivered to the right spec, on time

Support influencer campaign logistics, including contracts, content deadlines, and posting schedules

Reporting

Pull and compile performance reports for both paid and organic media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Translate data into clear summaries that account teams can use in client conversations

Track key metrics consistently and flag notable trends or anomalies to the media team

Operations

Maintain visibility into project health across all assigned accounts

Support budget tracking and flag scope changes to account leads

Assist in building and refining repeatable media workflow processes

What We're Looking For

2 to 3 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or media environment

Hands‑on Asana experience required

Working knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Experience with or genuine interest in organic social content creation and community management

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing detail

Clear communicator who knows when to elevate and when to solve it

Organized, proactive, and low‑drama

Nice to Have

Canva and/or Adobe Express experience

Experience coordinating influencer campaigns

Familiarity with trafficking processes and ad specs across major platforms

Experience pulling reports from native platform dashboards or third‑party reporting tools
