Role Description
Pottery Barn is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Interior Design Specialist for a full‑time, on‑site role at our Lexington, KY location. In this role, you will assist customers in creating tailored design solutions that reflect their individual style and needs. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on space planning, furniture selection, and decor coordination, as well as effectively communicating design concepts to clients. You will collaborate with customers to bring their vision to life, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Interior Design and an understanding of design principles
Experience in Space Planning and Furniture layout to create functional and visually appealing spaces
Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and recommendations
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
Ability to work on‑site and commit to a full‑time schedule in Lexington, KY
Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
Experience with design software is a plus
