The position offers MCS/Heart Transplant directorship for the appropriate candidate. Compensation Benefits The compensation range listed includes base compensation that is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank as well as variable compensation or extra productivity for a total earning potential of : $459,000 - $525,000. This amount does and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
