Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) for our outpatient orthopedic center in the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Courtyard. You’ll treat a diverse patient population and be part of a supportive, community‑focused clinic team. Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT. *1 year of experience required.*
Compensation:
Salary Range starting at: $80,000.00 up to $110,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
