Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician, based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Field Service Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dewatering and pumping systems. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, performing diagnostics and repairs, and ensuring system functionality. Travel to client locations, adherence to safety standards, and providing excellent customer service are integral to the role.
Qualifications
Experience with equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems
Understanding of dewatering, pumping systems, and technical diagnostics
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and tools used in industrial settings
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and adhere to safety standards
Proven field service or related technical experience
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
