As a Therapist, you are an integral part of a patient’s journey, to help change their story, and lead to positive outcomes. In this role, you will provide therapeutic treatment services in individual, group and family settings. The Therapist collaborates with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop the plan of care for the patients. Successful candidate will advocate for and support our patients.
Opportunities
Receive supervision to obtain full license.
Receive comprehensive training and use evidence based treatment, such as CBT and DBT.
Obtain continuing education hours.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling
LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW or in the process of obtaining your license.
Prior experience working in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
SCHEDULE
We have Full-Time opportunities during the times listed below.
Monday through Sunday from:
7:30am-5:00pm Weekends, Holiday rotation required.
10:00am-6:30pm Weekends, Holiday rotation required.
12:00pm-8:30pm Weekends, Holiday rotation and overnights are required.
Shift differential premiums for PMs, nights, weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a strong understanding of navigating and accessing the health care system and the operation of physician offices.
Health care insurance background would be helpful.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with physician office staffs to coordinate appointments.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects and consumers simultaneously.
Possess confidence and comfort speaking with clinical and non-clinical staff of all levels.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work with executive level patients.
Excellent customer service experience with ability for strong relationship building.
