Position Description
Ryder is hiring Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handlers in Tracy, California.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour
Additional Pay: Hourly shift pay added when working eligible shifts
Schedules available: 5 days per week (Multiple Schedules) – 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work within a diverse work environment
Highly thorough and dependable
Punctual with good attendance record
Performs work independently with minimal supervision
Possesses a high degree of initiative
High level of accuracy, even under pressure
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Works using health and safety methods
Available to work flexible schedule on various shifts
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, stage products, load and unload trucks
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
Perform other duties as assigned
