We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service professional to join our growing and dynamic team at Ciocca GM Cadillac of Flemington. The role offers a chance to positively impact customers and the community while achieving financial and career goals.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager
High school diploma or higher education
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed
Match customer requirements and concerns to appropriate service options
Explain the service being performed and keep the customer informed throughout the vehicle’s service
Hire and supervise all service department personnel, and monitor their performance in serving customers
Create goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget
Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
