We are currently seeking an experienced
Millwright / Rigger Foreman
to join our team for a long-term opportunity. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong mechanical knowledge and proven experience supervising crews in industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise millwright and rigging crews on various job sites
Oversee installation, maintenance, and relocation of industrial machinery and equipment
Ensure all rigging operations are performed safely and efficiently
Coordinate daily tasks, manpower, and job site logistics
Maintain quality control and meet project timelines
Enforce safety standards and company policies
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of supervisory experience
in a foreman or lead role
Proven background in
millwright work and rigging operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints and execute complex mechanical projects
Willingness to travel as needed
