Electrical Foreman

Joshua Robert, Dallas, TX, United States

If you're a hands-on electrical leader who's ready to take the next step, not just in title, but in trajectory, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Joshua Robert is recruiting for an Electrical Foreman with one of the fastest-growing electrical contractors in the United States. A company that doesn't just talk about growth and development, but has the track record, the infrastructure, and the ambition to back it up. They hired over 800 people last year alone and they're not slowing down.
The Role

This is a critical leadership position on large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects across Dallas. You'll be the person on the ground making sure everything runs — managing your scope, coordinating with the project superintendent and other trades, controlling material and manpower, and holding the standard on quality and safety every single day.
You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted to lead, empowered with the tools to do it properly, and recognised when you deliver.
What Sets This Company Apart

Most contractors will tell you they invest in their people. This one actually does. Every foreman gets access to a dedicated 16,000 sq ft training facility at company HQ, with customised courses designed to develop you as a leader, not just a tradesperson. You'll be kitted out with the latest technology from day one, including a company-provided iPad and smartphone, because they believe in doing the job right, not just getting it done.
The headquarters itself speaks to the culture, state-of-the-art facilities, a gym, golf simulator, basketball court, and a genuine sense that the people who work there actually enjoy it.
The Fast-Track Opportunity — This Matters

Here's what makes this role stand out from every other foreman position on the market right now: the path to Superintendent is real, and it's fast.
This is a company growing at a pace where strong leaders are needed above foreman level — urgently. They're not asking you to wait in line. If you come in, perform, and show what you're made of, the Superintendent conversation happens quickly. We're talking months, not years.
If you've been doing the work of a leader without the title, the pay, or the recognition — this is where that changes.
What They’re Looking For

5+ years running scope on multimillion dollar electrical projects
Active journeyman or master electrician licence
Strong working knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety
Someone who leads from the front and brings their crew with them
Comfortable with technology and keen to use it
A foreman who takes pride in quality, not just completion
The Package

Competitive salary reflecting your experience, quarterly performance bonuses, full benefits package, and full relocation support to get you to San Diego. This is a serious offer for a serious operator.
In Short

Foreman is where you start. Superintendent is where you're headed. And with a company scaling this fast in one of the most exciting construction markets in California — the timing couldn't be better.
Reach out to Joshua Robert today for a confidential conversation. Even if you're not actively looking, it's worth knowing what's out there.
