We’re seeking an experienced
Mechanical Project Manager
to lead commercial and industrial projects in Central Virginia. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the work, support field execution, and deliver projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement
Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Work with fabrication and VDC teams to support project execution
Track job performance and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, piping, industrial systems)
Proven ability to run projects lasting 12+ months
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and jobsite coordination
Experience managing project financials, including cost tracking and change orders
Ability to work directly with field teams and drive project execution
