Santa Monica Hospital Page Operator The Santa Monica Hospital Page Operator is a key member of the Medical Center Communications Department, providing essential support in a 24/7 healthcare environment. This role is responsible for answering and processing both routine and emergency calls in a courteous, calm, and professional manner, while strictly adhering to department and hospital policies.
Page Operators manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with medical staff, hospital personnel, patients, and the general public. The position requires proficiency in operating an integrated computer paging and directory system, public address system, multi-line telephone equipment, alarm systems, and two-way radio communications.
Role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely communication and supporting patient care operations across the medical center.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $37.49. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately below the midpoint.
