has immediate openings for experienced and motivated Service Technicians to maintain and service COMMERCIAL HVAC systems in the Greater Tampa Bay area!

Established originally in 1987, RoyalAire is a full-service mechanical contractor with sheet metal, piping, plumbing, and service capabilities. RoyalAire Mechanical Services, LLC. excels in commercial, institutional, industrial, mechanical, and plumbing applications. We provide full-service design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Utilizing your strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.

Diagnosing causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units, dehumidification units and ventilation.

Performing repairs, overhauls and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems

Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications

Documents work-orders digitally using Company provided tablet

Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, gathering material and coordinating on-site work with customer and dispatcher

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

5 years of experience preferred

EPA certification

Communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

Must be able to work independently and without supervision

Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
