Responsibilities
Supervise a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
Create and preserve good working connections with hourly team members, union, and management teams
Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies
Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement
Communicate goals and leverage resources to solve problems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Office proficiency
1+ years of previous supervisory experience or 1+ years of manufacturing experience
Outstanding, interpersonal teambuilding and communication skills
Demonstrates inclusion and values diversity
Flexibility in being able to work rotating shifts and hours
Highly committed to process improvement and innovative solutions with a customer first mindset
Always maintain a high level of professionalism even in difficult/stressful situations

Bachelor’s Degree
Safety and Quality experience
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Knowledge of constraint management principles
Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified

Salary Information
This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300 to $124,500.
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600 to $144,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
