Marolf Environmental is hiring a skilled
Wastewater Electrical Foreman
to support and lead electrical crews on wastewater treatment and environmental infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced electrician ready to step into foreman responsibilities and help deliver critical systems that keep communities running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Field Leadership
Lead daily electrical construction activities on wastewater treatment sites
Supervise electricians and apprentices in the field
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management teams
Electrical Installation & Execution
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems
Work on motors, pumps, control panels, and instrumentation systems
Read and execute plans from electrical drawings and schematics
Ensure accurate and high-quality workmanship in all installations
Safety & Quality Control
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies
Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety checks
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions immediately
Maintain high standards of installation quality
Coordination & Reporting
Track daily progress and crew productivity
Communicate material and manpower needs
Support scheduling and milestone completion
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Electrician
3–6+ years electrical construction experience
Industrial, wastewater, water treatment, or heavy civil experience preferred
Strong ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
Leadership experience supervising field crews
OSHA knowledge and strong safety mindset
