Belt Fabricator / Belt Technician
We’re hiring a Belt Fabricator / Belt Technician to join our Roselle, IL branch—a critical role where you’ll fabricate, repair, and customize conveyor belts that keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.

What you'll do
Fabricate, build, and repair lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belts
Install and vulcanize belts and conveyor components
Read work orders and accurately measure, cut, splice, and assemble belting materials
Receive and verify materials and maintain an organized shop area
Use hand tools, fabrication equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Represent Belt Power professionally in everything you do
What we're looking for
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
Comfort using hand tools and working in a fabrication/shop environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Previous belt fabrication, maintenance, or hands‑on industrial experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
