Salary range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction to closeout
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Oversee scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety protocols
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Proactively solve challenges to maintain project progress
Qualifications
5+ years proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with background in commercial, multifamily, or industrial construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar tools
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, based on experience and market conditions
Bonus plan up to 15% based on project performance
