RCT is looking to add OTR, regional, and local drivers. With dedicated contracts for some of the largest shippers in North America, we would like you join our team! Compensation:
- Average weeklypay range: $1,100- $1,400+
- Paid CPM or paid per load depending on lane
- Average weekly miles: 1,500- 2,000+
- Additional Pay:
- Breakdown Pay: $150 per day if no replacement unit is available
- Detention Pay: $25per hour after 2 free hours
- Clean level 1inspection report:$100
- Extra holiday pay: $150 incentive for driving on a holiday (8holidays per year)
- Bonuses:
- Referral bonus: $1,500 paid in increments over 1 year
- Safety bonus: 2 CPM
- Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home time: Home daily & home weekends!
- Must be open to an occasional overnight trip if needed
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start time: Between 4:00am - 7:00am
- End time: Between 1:00pm - 5:00pm
- Route: Within a 300 mile radius of Peosta, IA
- Level of Touch: 95% No-touch freight
Equipment:
- 2018& newerFreightliner & International day cab & sleeper trucks
- All trucks are automatic
- Governed Speed: 69 mph on the foot, 72 mph on cruise
- Outward cameras, event triggered
- ELD equipped using Samsara system
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 2year verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience
- No DUI's or felony driving convictions in the last 5 years
- No major violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a background check and required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Peosta, IA
