We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Finishing team
This isn’t your average construction role. Pool finishing renovation brings together a mix of trade, plaster, tile, sandblasting, plumbing, all rolled into one dynamic, fast‑paced environment. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Project Ownership & Profitability
Own project margin; validate scope, budget, and contracts; track costs and manage change orders.
Ensure timely and accurate project closeout and invoicing.
Schedule & Execution Management
Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
Identify risks, take corrective actions, and maintain daily progress logs.
Quality & Inspection Control
Enforce quality standards and complete milestone inspections.
Manage approvals, minimize rework, and reduce warranty issues.
Systems & Documentation
Maintain accurate project data, documentation, permits, and reports.
Follow and improve standardized project management processes.
Leadership & Client Experience
Serve as primary client contact and communicate proactively with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Lead crews safely and professionally, enforcing standards and accountability.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
3+ years of project management experience in construction, pool renovation, or similar work
Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple moving pieces
Knowledge of pool construction/renovation methods, materials, and equipment is a plus
Excellent organization, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); Buildertrend experience is a bonus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
