What You’ll Do
Design site plans, grading, utilities, and drainage systems
Prepare Civil 3D construction documents and engineering calculations
Contribute to stormwater reports and permitting submittals
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
Support project schedules, budgets, and approvals
Mentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplines
What You Bring
BS in Civil Engineering; EI required
2–4 years of land development experience (Colorado preferred)
Proficiency in Civil 3D
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with local agency permitting and approvals
Team-oriented mindset with initiative and accountability
