Job Summary
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Coordinator provides support to enhance the efficiency of the maintenance department. Responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Manager with generating and tracking purchase orders, setting up new vendors, acting as a parts runner, maintaining accurate records and control reports of vendors, and providing clerical and administrative support in JDE.
Essential Functions
Interact and effectively communicate with all personnel, vendors, contractors, and peers in a team environment.
Set up new vendors, new items, relocate inventory, and create unexpected arrivals.
Create purchase orders and receive purchased material; stock, issue, and locate inventory utilizing JDE, Excel, and other systems.
Ensure all purchase orders and returns for stock items have appropriate documentation attached and are filed at the end of each business day (signed purchase orders, requisition, packing slip and receiving receipt).
Assist the Maintenance Manager with RMP/PSM programs.
Carry up to 50 lbs to assemble PM kits for operating equipment.
Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Price items if needed and renegotiate existing items for additional savings.
Follow up on all open purchase orders and verify shipments.
Track parts to and from fabricators and rebuilders.
Track stock levels, order points, and quantities based on usage; keep monthly usage statistics for a rotating 24 months.
Maintain documentation and invoices received.
Ensure strict adherence and control of regulatory documents.
Drive company vehicle to pick up parts and deliver items to other TWG facilities.
Correspond and/or communicate with A/P and vendors to correct or modify invoices and vendor issues.
Resolve document, invoicing, and receiving issues.
Establish and maintain department cost‑effective goals.
Perform safety and/or environmental inspections as assigned.
Ensure hazardous waste area is maintained within SOP.
Support and model all company procedures and policies.
Assist in laying out the storeroom shelving, bins, drawers, etc.
Responsible for kitting of project/PM work.

Qualifications
Must be 21 or older at time of hire.
High School Diploma or equivalent; acceptable applicable work experience.
Valid California Driver’s License and ability to drive for the organization.
Well‑developed attention to detail, including ability to keep accurate records.
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and related software.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, comprehending and carrying out verbal and written instructions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.

Lift and carry weights of up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies.
Climb stairs and work on top of wine tanks.
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range Posted: $20.38 - $30.58/hr.
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge and abilities, education, and other position‑related factors.
