The Work
This position will perform requirements analysis, apply human engineering requirements, analyze results, develop human engineering reports, and provide innovative tools and techniques, such as AI, to improve user performance. The role requires the ability to work effectively across programs and teams such as visualization readiness and logistics, and it impacts the end‑user experience for user interfaces.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Systems Engineering, Cognitive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related system engineering field

2+ years experience with user experience and user interface concept fundamentals knowledge

Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance

Desired Skills

Military warfare and mission concepts.

Operational understanding of weapon system capability for US Navy ships, land sites, and aircraft.

Understanding of controls for Unmanned Vehicles and operation of Cyber security controls and reports.

Experience with AI.

Experience with robotics.

Experience with virtual reality.

Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Compensation
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $142,760.
