Key Responsibilities
Follow recipes and create one‑of‑a‑kind breads, paying close attention to detail.
Lift and mix large amounts of dough, flour, and supplies weighing 50 lbs. or more.
Work through change and remain flexible while keeping a close eye on cooking processes.
Schedule availability for afternoon
ight shifts, starting around 11 am and ending at 7 pm, including a Sunday shift when the store is closed; during holiday seasons shifts may extend into overnight hours.
Qualifications
Large‑scale baking or pastry experience (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
Attention to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations.
Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have availability in the afternoon, evening, and on Sundays.
