This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role at a new site, help establish clinical workflows, and set the standard for patient care from day one.
This position works on a rotating schedule opposite a staff nurse, providing leadership coverage and maintaining continuity of care within the facility. It offers a structured environment with professional autonomy and consistent support.
With more than 30 years of correctional healthcare experience, Southern Health Partners provides the framework and clinical backing nurse leaders need to succeed.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership coverage and coordinate clinical operations within the facility
Help establish clinical workflows and standards of care
