**Overview**
The Department of Biosystems Engineering at Auburn University is seeking candidates for a TES Admin & Technical Support position. The selected candidate will provide administrative and technical support to biosystems engineering academic programs and with ongoing projects.
**Responsibilities**
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
+ Communicates with Biosystems Engineering faculty and staff, and appropriate offices regarding assessment data
+ Assist with collecting accreditation-related assessment data from the appropriate office
+ Assist with recruiting and recruiting data
+ Assist with equipment inventories and work orders
+ Assist with execution of funded projects and planning of meetings
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
**Qualifications**
Minimum qualifications include the following:
+ Bachelor's degree, but a degree in STEM field is preferred.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
+ Must meet eligibility requirements for work in the United States by the start date and continue working legally during the term of employment.
+ Experience with coordinating projects and/or providing administrative support
+ Willingness for occasional travel in Alabama for business purposes
