Parts & Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities
Ordering parts and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Managing inventory, including cycle counts and organization
Staging parts for scheduled service jobs
Researching and sourcing parts for generator systems and industrial engines
Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Loading and unloading equipment as needed
Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
Occasionally assisting technicians in the field as a helper when additional support is required
Requirements
3-5 years of previous parts/warehouse experience (Power generation or engine experience preferred)
Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Experience driving a forklift
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office, sales force is a plus
