Office Administrator
We’re seeking a detail oriented, motivated & flexible Office Administrator who will be responsible for supporting our New York Office. This role is tactical and hands‑on and is a key member of this team playing a critical role in keeping day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly. The role will sit within the Culture Team at Joe & the Juice, helping shape and strengthen the company’s unique people centric environment and brand identity.
This is a fully in‑person role, five days a week, based in New York at our SoHo office.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities
Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to ensure an organized and well‑running workspace.
Manage access control and badging for employees and visitors, maintaining security compliance.
Coordinate office moves, seating plans, and workspace assignments.
Support facilities needs, including maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and Certificates of Insurance management.
Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
Workplace Experience & Culture
Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests and serving as the first point of contact.
Plan and coordinate office events such as celebrations, meetings and lunches.
Prepare and support meeting logistics, including room setup, catering, and AV coordination.
Manage conference room scheduling and ensure all meeting spaces are equipped and well‑maintained.
Play a key role in shaping and enhancing the office culture by fostering an engaging, inclusive, and positive environment.
Qualifications
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for employees and guests.
Proactive and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Experience coordinating events, meetings, or office activities is preferred.
Comfortable managing vendors, facilities requests, and workplace logistics.
Strong time management skills and the ability to stay flexible as priorities shift.
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for fostering a strong office culture.
Ability to be on‑site five days a week in a dynamic, in‑office environment.
Compensation – $28.00 per hour.
