We offer real test rides on the trails our customers use every day, plus expert full‑service repairs. We’re growing fast and love what we do.
We’re looking for a highly skilled Bike Mechanic who can start immediately. If you’re a pro with wrenches, love solving mechanical puzzles, and get excited about high‑quality bikes (with roughly 50% of your time on modern e‑bikes), we want you—even if your background is more traditional.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Build new bikes (road, gravel, mountain, and e‑bikes) to factory specs with clean, precise, professional results
Perform maintenance and repairs: tires, brakes, drivetrains, suspension, wheels, and electronic shifting systems
Diagnose and fix mechanical issues quickly and accurately (plus e‑bike electrical systems as needed)
Use manufacturer tools, software, and diagnostic equipment for both traditional and e‑bikes
Deliver excellent customer service—explain repairs clearly and help riders get the most from their bikes
Keep your workspace organized and spotless
Stay current on new bike tech, components, and industry standards (including evolving e‑bike systems)
Help with parts ordering and light inventory management
Team up to keep the shop running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
2+ years professional bike mechanic experience
(3+ years strongly preferred)
Required:
Hands‑on experience with electronic shifting systems — SRAM AXS and Shimano Di2
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Solid understanding of bicycle mechanics (drivetrains, brakes, suspension, wheels, etc.) and comfort learning/working on e‑bike electrical systems (motors, batteries, controllers, wiring, diagnostics)
Passion for cycling and real excitement about evolving bike technology
Reliable transportation to Erie, CO 80516 and ability to work independently + as part of a team
Big Pluses
Experience with high‑end road, gravel, or full‑suspension mountain bikes
Bosch certification or familiarity with major e‑bike systems
Aventon or Specialized experience (traditional or e‑bike models)
What We Offer
Competitive pay:
$21 – $27 per hour
