As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Jameson – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community you support. Compensation
Hourly pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, plus commission/bonus.

Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
People‑oriented and dedicated to customer service.
Able to learn computer functions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Bilingual – Spanish a plus but not required.
