Job Duties:
* Evaluating a patient's functional status
* Provide and direct quality care
* Establishing treatment goals
* Planning treatment
* Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment
* Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment
* Providing family education when needed
Work Team:
* Director of Rehabilitation
* Assistant Director of Rehabilitation
* Physical therapists
* Speech language pathologist
* Nurses
* Nursing assistants
Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour
Ability to Commute:
* Salt Lake City, UT 84107 (Required)
Work Location: In person
