
Operations Associate, Cell Therapy Supply Chain - Devens MA

Job Description
We are reimagining the future of cell therapy at Bristol Myers Squibb. This Operations Associate – Cell Therapy Supply Chain role supports the manufacture of cell therapy products at the Devens, MA facility.
Shift
A1, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, rotational shift including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Deliver materials to the correct location and time while adhering to good manufacturing practices and SOPs.
Perform material operations across the facility, including cleaning, replenishment, kit building, inventory cycle counting, and warehouse activities.
Support the manufacture of commercial and clinical cell therapy products by final storage of finished drug product into cryogenic storage, processing incoming apheresis material, packaging finished drug product into cryogenic shippers, and managing material cleaning and kitting.
Document activities by completing CGMP forms, paper/electronic batch records, and SAP transactions for kit building, replenishment, cycle counting, and material transfer.
Review incoming material paperwork for apheresis receipt and follow good documentation practices (GDocP).
Demonstrate understanding of Chain of Identity (COI) and collaborate with Materials Operations, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams.
Support event escalation, triage, deviations, CAPAs, and other quality-related workflows.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (preferably an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline).
Minimum 2+ years of CGMP commercial biotechnology experience; cell therapy experience is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office, SAP (especially EWM), and manufacturing execution systems (e.g., Syncade, DeltaV).
Experience with kitting, delivery of raw materials, and handling of cold chain biological materials; cryogenic storage experience is preferred.
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), CAPA, and incident triage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a commercial CGMP multi‑product environment.
Capability to stand, walk, and operate within grade‑classified suites (Grade 8 and CNC) and wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary.
Preferred certifications: CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD.
Compensation
Devens, MA – $30.81 – $37.33 per hour (salary range align above $100,000).
