A company is looking for a Proofreader.
Key Responsibilities
Proofreads all orders to ensure accuracy in size, layout, text, graphics, and spelling based on customer specifications
Follows technical and client standards while checking for accuracy and consistency of approved copy
Tracks and communicates necessary corrections, providing clear instructions to team members regarding proofreading changes
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Graphic Arts, Art, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
3+ years of previous proofreading experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; Mac experience preferred
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
Occasional travel may be required
