Help Your Students Connect: Host an International Exchange Student. AnB Education is looking for host families to welcome international students for the program year.
Responsibilities
Host an international exchange student in your home for the program year.
Provide a bedroom (can be shared with a host sibling) and three meals a day.
Provide transportation to and from school if school buses are not provided.
Offer a welcoming family environment and support the student during their stay.
Support the student’s enrollment at the local public high school and coordinate with the Local Coordinator for program guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability and willingness to host a student aged 15–18.
Capacity to provide housing, meals, and a safe living environment.
Interest in helping a student integrate into a new culture with support from AnB Education.
There is NO monetary compensation for hosting a J-1 exchange student. All other expenses (activity fees, personal items, etc.) are paid for by the student and their natural parents.
Additional Information
Students will be enrolled at the local public high school with support from AnB Education. Local Coordinators are available to assist.
