**Overview**
Aerospace Engineering is seeking an Administrative Student Assistant to support administrative functions for our main office. We are looking for a friendly and motivated worker who can help us greet guests and assist in various projects.
**Responsibilities**
This administrative position will support the Aerospace Engineering Department by:
+ Greeting and providing general information to guests
+ Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks
+ Organize front office and maintain cleanliness in front office
+ Daily receipt, sorting, and internal distribution of incoming and outgoing of mail and packages
+ Maintain office supply inventory
+ Assist with departmental event setups and teardowns
+ Assist faculty, staff and graduate students with office equipment (copier, laminator, etc.)
+ Assist with marketing and communications of departmental events and successes!
**Qualifications**
Enrolled student at Auburn University
Available from Monday-Friday during the office hours of 7:45am-4:45am
Availbilty to work during the summer (preferred)
