**Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer
**
**Employment Type: W2 Only
**
**Pay Rate: $40–45/hour (W2)

**Job Summary
**
**We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in C# and .NET, paired with hands-on frontend experience using React, and a solid understanding of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant solutions in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities
**
• **Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core
**
• **Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js
**
• **Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
**
• **Create and maintain SSIS packages to support ETL workflows
**
• **Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Microsoft Azure
**
• **Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable automated builds and deployments
**
• **Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions
**
• **Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for secure and maintainable code
**
**Required Skills & Qualifications
**
• **Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core
**
• **Hands-on experience developing frontend applications with React.js
**
• **Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including data modeling and optimization
**
• **Experience with SSIS for ETL and data integration
**
• **Exposure to Azure cloud services
**
• **Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms
**
• **Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**
**Experience
**
• **3–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET full stack development
**
**Nice to Have
**
• **Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
**
• **Basic knowledge of cloud security and performance monitoring tools
