What You Will Do
Provide direct support to multiple senior executive leaders
Make travel arrangements for frequent international travel
Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports
Provide administrative and clerical support in team environment
Calendar management including scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintain copiers/printers and order office supplies
Build administrative responsibilities
Team with other administrative assistants
Provide additional support to other executives when required
Qualifications You Must Have
AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post high school training) with 4 years of relevant experience supporting executives
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience collaborating across teams and departments
Qualifications We Prefer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering executive communication
Outstanding decision making and problem‑solving skills with minimal direction
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and schedules
Project a high level of confidence and judgment in a highly visible administrative position
