Compensación
Promedio de pago total, incluyendo bonos y spiffs: $20 a $24 por hora.
Bonificación de incorporación: estructura de remuneración de nuevo contratado. Pago único de $400.
Responsabilidades
Conduct administrative duties at the store.
Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date daily.
Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
Requisitos
Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
At least 18 years of age.
A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
